I would like to know the implications of homosexuality from the spiritual viewpoint. I cannot speak to anyone about it. I wonder if homosexuality affects spiritual unfoldment.

Thank you for your letter regarding homosexuality and living the life of ECK. Your personal life is for you to choose.

The ECK, or Holy Spirit, begins uplifting Soul from Its present state into higher ones. As this happens, those practices which are obstacles on your next step to Self-Realization and God-Realization will dissolve through the purification given by the ECK.

Whatever one does in his personal affairs is a matter solely between Divine Spirit and himself. The Living ECK Master wants to direct Soul to Its true home in the Ocean of Love and Mercy. He has no interest in social issues or reform, only in the preservation of the individual throughout eternity.
